Commitment and Non-Refundable Nature
Due to the personalized, time-intensive nature of hormone coaching, the immediate access to proprietary digital resources, and the requirement of full commitment to your health journey, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for coaching packages, courses, or digital products, regardless of whether you have accessed or used the services.

Commitment-Based Philosophy
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are investing in a process that requires full commitment. We believe in "all-in" participation for your success. If you are unsatisfied, we encourage you to use your remaining sessions to discuss your progress rather than seeking a refund.

Missed or Cancelled Sessions
If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are forfeited and cannot be made up. If you are late for an appointment, that time will be deducted from your session.

Payment Obligations
If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all remaining payments, regardless of whether you decide to terminate your participation early. Failure to pay will result in the suspension of your access to the program.
